From the outside, the Steelers are the perfect team to be in the Super Bowl this season.
They have a great quarterback and are led by the most dominant offensive player in the league.
That is why they will win the Superdome.
But inside, there are issues with the organization.
The organization has a lot of questions surrounding its future, especially after the team’s owner, Art Rooney II, announced his retirement this summer.
Here’s a look at what is and isn’t working with the Steelers this offseason.1.
The franchise has too many holes at quarterbackThe Steelers had plenty of holes at the position.
They drafted a number of quarterbacks in the draft in 2016, but the biggest was former Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson.
The Steelers drafted Watson to compete for the starting job with Ryan Nassib.
It was not a good time for Watson to enter the NFL.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported Watson signed a five-year, $62 million contract with the team, which is $5 million less than the $65 million contract he signed with the Browns.
The team also lost star receiver Martavis Bryant for the year after a season with the Patriots.2.
It is not a bad time to rebuildThe Steelers did not draft a quarterback with a strong resume in 2017.
They signed Brock Osweiler to a four-year contract with a $50 million signing bonus, but he played in only 11 games and was replaced by Geno Smith in Pittsburgh.
The new coach, Mike Tomlin, said he was “proud” to replace Osweilers reputation with Smith.
Osweilers performance was one of the reasons for Tomlin’s firing.
The former first-round pick is no longer a starter.3.
The draft was a mistakeThe Steelers drafted three quarterbacks in 2017, but they were all players who did not play very well.
They selected quarterback Joshua Dobbs in the fourth round and wide receiver Markus Wheaton in the fifth.
Dobbs struggled with injuries and was not ready for the NFL, while Wheaton was a disappointment.
They also drafted wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins in the sixth round.
The rookie did not show much promise and had only two catches for 38 yards.
Hopkins’ production was not good and he will not be able to compete at the next level.4.
They will not make a significant improvementThe Steelers have been rebuilding their defense for the past few seasons.
The roster is thin and they have been unable to fill all of the holes at defensive end and linebacker.
It does not make sense for them to sign a free agent defensive lineman and then have a rebuilding year.5.
The offense will not change muchThe Steelers were able to improve their offense in 2017 with a lot more talent.
The defense was a big reason for their success.
Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has shown improvement in his second season in the NFL and receiver Antonio Brown had a breakout season in 2016.
Roethlesberger and Brown will have the same amount of production in 2017 because of their talents.
However, the team will not improve in terms of offense.
The offensive line will remain the biggest issue and they will have a lot to prove.6.
The best-case scenario for the team is not in PittsburghThe Steelers are not in the best-of-seven Super Bowl playoff round.
They are playing in the AFC South, which has the league’s worst record.
If the Steelers win out and beat the Saints and Ravens in the divisional round, they would be the best team in the conference.
However to make it there, the Patriots and Bengals would have to lose and the Steelers would have a tough time beating the Ravens in a best-game-of.7.
This team has a history of making the playoffsThe Steelers will be looking to make the playoffs for the first time since 2003.
They lost the Superbowl to the Steelers in 2010.
However the Steelers won two straight AFC North titles in the 2015 and 2017 seasons.
This will be the first season that they have gone to the playoffs in their franchise history.
The Patriots won the division in 2017 and the team won the SuperBowl in 2016 but lost the division championship to the Packers in the first round.8.
The NFL is a more competitive league than it used to be.
The most important factor in the playoffs is the offensive line.
If it does not improve, the best defense is not going to help the Steelers, who have a poor defensive line.9.
This franchise is in good handsThe Steelers lost two starting quarterbacks in 2016 and 2017.
The coaching staff will have to get better at offensive line, but general manager Kevin Colbert and offensive coordinator Todd Haley will be able help the offense.10.
This offense will be better in 2018The Steelers offense was in great shape in 2016 with quarterback Ben Roederer, running back Le’Veon Bell and wide receivers Antonio Brown and Markus Wheateman.
They had a very good running game and a good receiving corps with Martavis Webb,
